The Board Series is a methodology for evaluating and ranking a company

The Plot: Company in a strategic crossroad
Target: Analyze business performance & demonstrate investment potential (short/long)
Framework: The Series is created based on a virtual role playing of the company’s board comprised of key players
Context: careful study of financial public materials, company’s culture, corporate identity and global setting.
Technique: Simulated board meeting highlights each board member decision making process based on his/her set of beliefs, interests and vision for company. Similar to an internal investigation, understanding the board member’s way of thinking establishes his/her stand.
Result In depth analysis of the company and the strategic dilemmas it is facing with a suggested course of action.


The board series was written by Boaz Tamir, head of Worldview research team. Netta Ness Cohen, Orly Nadivi and May Kassirer (Kinel) assisted in writing and research for the project.
